3. Booking & Confirmation
- A booking is confirmed only after signing the agreement and paying a non-refundable deposit.
- Dates are reserved strictly on a first-come, first-served basis.
- The remaining balance must be paid before the event date as agreed.
4. Payments
- Payments can be made via approved payment methods provided by Fharhana Events.
- Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeline may result in cancellation of services.
- All prices are subject to change unless confirmed in writing.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Cancellations must be made in writing.
- Refunds (if applicable) will depend on the stage of planning and costs already incurred.
- Fharhana Events reserves the right to cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances, with appropriate communication and possible refund considerations.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate and complete event details in a timely manner.
- Obtain necessary permissions, licenses, or approvals required for the event.
- Ensure timely communication and approvals to avoid delays.
7. Changes & Modifications
- Any changes to the agreed plan must be communicated in advance.
- Additional costs may apply for last-minute changes or extra services requested.
8. Liability
- Fharhana Events will take all reasonable care in executing services but shall not be held liable for delays or failures caused by factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, vendor issues, emergencies).
- We are not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings during events.
9. Third-Party Vendors
- We may work with third-party vendors (e.g., caterers, photographers).
- While we recommend reliable vendors, we are not liable for their performance or actions.
10. Force Majeure
Fharhana Events shall not be held responsible for failure to perform services due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies.
11. Intellectual Property
We reserve the right to use photos, videos, and event content for marketing and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Client information will be kept confidential and used only for service delivery purposes.
